2. Data Collection and Processing

This website does not automatically collect personal data. No cookies are set and no tracking tools (such as Google Analytics) are used.

When accessing the website, only technically necessary connection data (IP address, date, time) is stored in server log files. These are automatically deleted after 30 days.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted via Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technically necessary data when pages are accessed. More information: Cloudflare Privacy Policy

4. Fonts

This website uses the Inter and Space Grotesk fonts, loaded via Google Fonts. When loading fonts, a connection to Google LLC (USA) servers is established. Your IP address is transmitted to Google. More information: Google Privacy Policy

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in consistent presentation).

5. Payment Processing (Stripe)

For purchasing digital products, we use the payment service provider Stripe (Stripe Inc., San Francisco, USA / Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Dublin, Ireland).

When making a purchase, the following data is transmitted to Stripe:

  • Email address
  • Payment information (credit card number, expiration date, etc.)
  • IP address
  • Billing address (if provided)

Data processing by Stripe is necessary for contract fulfillment. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

6. Contact

If you contact us by email, your information will be stored to process your inquiry. No disclosure to third parties takes place. Legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

7. Third Country Transfer (USA)

Some of the service providers mentioned above are based in the USA. The transfer of personal data to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR, insofar as the respective provider is certified, or on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR).
