2. Data Collection and Processing

This website does not automatically collect personal data. No cookies are set and no tracking tools (such as Google Analytics) are used.

When visiting the website, only technically necessary connection data (IP address, date, time) is stored in server log files. These are automatically deleted after 30 days.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted via Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technically necessary data when pages are accessed. More information: Cloudflare Privacy Policy

4. Web Fonts

This website uses the fonts Inter and Space Grotesk, loaded via Google Fonts. When loading fonts, a connection to Google LLC (USA) servers is established. Your IP address is transmitted to Google. More information: Google Privacy Policy

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a consistent visual presentation).

5. Payment Processing (Stripe)

For the purchase of digital products, we use the payment service provider Stripe (Stripe Inc., San Francisco, USA / Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Dublin, Ireland).

When making a purchase, the following data is transmitted to Stripe:

  • Email address
  • Payment information (credit card number, expiration date, etc.)
  • IP address
  • Billing address (if provided)

Data processing by Stripe is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

6. Contact

If you contact us by email, your information will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry. It will not be shared with third parties. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

7. Third-Country Transfer (USA)

Some of the service providers mentioned above are based in the USA. The transfer of personal data to the USA is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR, where the respective provider is certified, or on Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
